We’re pleased to announce that our Lexington personal injury law firm’s lead attorney, Justin S. Peterson, has been selected to Super Lawyers for 2023. This marks his second year receiving this distinguished recognition. He was also recognized by Super Lawyers in 2022.

Justin is also a multi-time Rising Stars award winner, which Super Lawyers awards to attorneys at the earlier stages of their careers. He received this award annually between 2016 and 2021.

It’s an honor to receive recognition as both a Rising Star and Super Lawyer during an attorney’s legal career. Candidates for this award must either be identified by Super Lawyers or nominated by their peers, managing partners, or third parties. Super Lawyers then performs extensive research into nominees’ professional and personal achievements on a 12-point scale. Candidates with the highest scores undergo a peer evaluation.

Generally, only 2.5% of all attorneys in our country that are 40 and younger and have been practicing for ten years or less achieve the Rising Stars role. Only 5% of all attorneys win the esteemed Super Lawyers award even once during their tenure as a practicing lawyer.

In his case, attorney Justin Peterson has a long track record of handling a wide range of plaintiff-side personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and wrongful death ones for the better part of his career since his graduation from the University of Kentucky School of Law in 2008. He has an extensive track record of winning high-dollar settlements on behalf of the many clients he’s served over the years.

Justin is always eager to take on new personal injury cases that allow him to advocate for those who have been wrongfully hurt in a preventable accident. Feel free to reach out by phone or email to schedule a free initial case evaluation to discuss the obstacles you’re facing.
